Terms and Conditions

  • All pets coming to stay at Baldrock Kennels and Cattery must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment two weeks prior to arrival. Vaccination book sighting required on arrival or your pet will not be accepted.
  • Your pet is free from ill health and contagious disease and does not have a destructive, dangerous or vicious temperament. Any pet found to be of this nature will need to be removed from the facilities.
  • If your pet requires veterinary care while staying at Baldrock Kennels and Cattery, the owner will be responsible for the bill.
  • If your pet causes any harm to another pet while staying at Baldrock Kennels and Cattery and they require veterinary care, the owner will be liable to cover these costs.
  • If your pet is on medication, we are happy to administer this at no extra cost.
  • All fees are to be paid before your pet goes home, this includes the vet bill if they have required veterinary care or administration of flea or worm treatment during their stay. Public holidays and peak season incurs an extra charge, this is displayed on our fees list.
  • A deposit of $100 is required to secure bookings over our peak season (20 December – 20 January).
  • Our Cancellation policy; Short notice cancellations (less than 7 days) will occur a $100 fee. 7 days’ notice is required for a booking change or all days booked will be charged.
  • Regular updates of your pets will be done on Facebook. Please notify us if you do not want them to be in any photos or videos. (Some days it may be difficult to ensure everyone’s pet is shown).
  • Any personal items including collars, blankets or toys bought with your pet to stay at Baldrock Kennels and Cattery may be damaged or lost during their stay and you the owner accept this risk if you decide to leave it with them.
  • We have the right to not accept any pet that is not de-sexed and cannot have bitches stay should they come on heat.
  • We have the right to refuse any pet we don’t feel comfortable caring for.
  • All dogs must be on leads and cats in cages before they exit your car.
